June 22 - Journal

My Journaling List for Things that I'm grateful for

If you would like to take on the challenge of journaling with me, all that you have to do is to make a list in any notebook/journal that you have of three things that you are grateful for throughout your day, in your life, in your family, etc.

Make sure to go into detail a little bit (about one sentence) so that you can get a clearer picture of who or what you are truly thankful of or thankful towards. You can create this list at any time of the day, but I find that doing this right before I go to bed is the most convenient time for me; it's a great time to look back on the moments I was grateful for throughout the day.

Repeat these steps daily in your journal/notebook for one week straight.

I hope that focusing my energy on the positives of life rather than the negatives will spiral into me becoming a more happier, healthier, and productive human being.

Also, I feel that the list would be a good reference tool in the future to see what I was grateful for at a certain point in time and having something to refer to during those times in my life when I can't always see the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. ;)

Here's my list (for the first three days):

June 21:
+ warm showers after being soaked in the cool rain
having the resources (youtube, google) to stay informed about the world around me and helping me discover myself
+ soundcloud, youtube, spotify to listen to good music on

June 22:
+ having a computer to blog on
+ boba drinks
+ being able to journal and find a space where I can put in my own thoughts/feelings

June 23:
