I would like to give a shoutout to Jaella, @financiallystableeggroll on Instagram for giving me the suggestion to make a blog post about my "top summer outfits and looks." Thank you!

I hope you enjoy these looks that I've put together and comment any suggestions that you would like to see in the future as I'm doing a blog post every day in June!

In summary, I would call these my "going out with my friends" looks because most of the time over summer break I'm really wearing the same clothes for a whole week because I hardly seem to ever get out of the house.

Plaid pants have been a HUGE staple trend this past year and a half. Going along with the theme of 90's inspired outfits from the movie Clueless , this white shirt and plaid pant combo serves you a modern, but casual twist on an outfit that you can rock on an everyday basis.
