"Music For Your Fri-YAY" is loving to listen to music because its the end of the week. Play these playlists in your car or in your humble abode over the weekend to fill your space with new and vibrant energies.

At the beginning of February, I was adding a lot of '90's inspired soft rock songs to this playlist. However, over the past two months, I have found that I have preferred more upbeat songs, which can be seen in a progression throughout this playlist. Overall, I feel as though this playlist's mood correlates with my journey throughout high school.

In freshman and sophomore year, I was still discovering who I was. There were memories or "songs" that stood out from time to time, but I didn't really know anyone and kept to myself. Now, towards the end of high school and this playlist, I have made wonderful memories with my friends, and these songs remind me of the lessons I've learned. I've become more comfortable with myself and have less shame being myself in front of others, even though I never thought I would be able to say that as a 14-year-old.


1. ARTISTS THAT I WOULD LIKE TO HIGHLIGHT IN THIS PLAYLIST are Angel Olsen, Roxy Music, Nick Drake and The Head and the Heart.

2. THE VIBES FOR THIS PLAYLIST is for fresh-picked sunflowers, maroon bundles of roses, joy, and relief.

3. THE PURPOSE OF THIS PLAYLIST can be used to reminisce and reflect, like many of my playlists that I've posted do for me. Remember that love is all around your life. Remain in peace, and make sure to love, love, and love. Make sure you tell your close friends and family members that you care about them very deeply.

Thank you to Kacee for modeling In part one of the photo shoot here , the red wall was one of my favorite places to shoot at because of how lucky we were to have wonderful lighting that day.  However, I did my best to control the harsh lighting from the mid-afternoon sun and had to mess around while on manual settings on my camera. Sometimes photoshoots are a little too much work and mean dedicating my entire Saturday morning taking pictures for my  Androgynous Look of the Week  series. Setting up a tripod, taking the pictures by myself with the timer function,  getting the pictures taken at the right time when the lighting is not too light or dark —the list goes on and on. In my opinion, planning outfits beforehand limits how much I share with you guys the clothes that I wear on a daily basis.
